The world is becoming diverse, and different countries are faced with a process of continuous expansion of cultural, ethnic, religious, intellectual, social diversity, including in the education system. Such diversity contains both a significant potential for the development of educational systems, as well as risks and dangers associated with the weak controllability of this process. In this regard, managerial activity becomes much more complicated, and the problem arises that managers are not ready to use diversity factors in the interests of organizations. Therefore, there is a need for the concept of diversity management, which should streamline, systematize, generalize and integrate knowledge about the phenomenon of diversity, presented in particular pedagogical theories and models, and bring them into a logically sound system. In any society, regardless of its cultural and historical features, social class structure, state structure, social system, there is diversity. It should be understood not as individual expressiveness or botanical diversity of the landscape around us, but as a plurality of landscapes themselves, social realities, cultures.
