This work builds on a previous project of the University of Cassino and Southern Lazio entitled HE4SS - Higher education for transversal skills. This project aimed to promote soft skills - Soft Skills - of university students and the adoption of innovative teaching methodologies. The basic idea is to propose a tool capable of measuring the ability of the context and university paths to develop "skills for sustainability". The proposed model is called HE4SS - Higher Education for Sustainability Skills. Such a model, in agreement with the EQF, allows assessing knowledge, skills and competencies. The evaluation of individuals, it is possible to evaluate the performance of the whole organization. Later it is possible to introduce a new metric, passing from the CFU - University Training Credit to the CFS - Sustainability Training Credit
