Abstract
In Italian universities data for students evaluation of teaching effectiveness are typically collected through a questionnaire defined by National University Evaluation Committee (CNVSU). In this paper we propose to use Structural Equation Models to measure teaching quality and to build the structural model according to the logical structure of the questionnaire. We propose to estimate the model by PLS Path Modeling, in order to obtain a global quality index as the score of an endogenous latent variable in the structural model.File in questo prodotto:
