In the last years is increased scientific interested about the problems caused by heavy metals environmental, in function to the toxic effects in the animal and vegetable metabolism. The vegetable species have the capacity to indicator the presence of environmental elements, which heavy metals, in the natural ambient, thank to the process update on metal content morphology profiles andconcentrations are in the ambient. Many authors have evidentiated the capacity of many vegetables to update heavy metals from colture medium. We want to experiment the total contents and speciation of selected heavy metals in the substrates and vegetables.
