Abstract
The consideration of environmental issues has a tremendous impact on the development and operations of a supply chain. The aim of the present workis to propose a systematic approach that a firm may use to evaluate its own supply chain environmental performances. The approach integratesindex methods for Environmental Performance Evaluation (EPE) and Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) with a multi-criteria model based on the Analytic Network Process (ANP) and BOCR Analysis (Benefits, Opportunities, Costs and Risks). A key aspect of the model is the consideration of environmental directives such asthe Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment and the Restriction of the use of certain Hazardous Substances to evaluate and prioritize which green initiatives with respect to environmental performanceI documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
