Le nuove forme di integrazione tra imprese: dai contratti di rete ai gruppi paritetici (e ritorno)

The paper aims at analysing the relationships between the so called “cooperative companies’ equal group”, originated by a contract (“Gruppo cooperativo paritetico” – art. 2545-septies of the Civil Code), and the contract of network between firms (so called “Contratto di rete”), introduced by Italian Law 9 April 2009 n. 33, converting Decree Law 10 February 2009 n. 5 and subsequent amendments. The proposals are directed to integrate the corresponding legal regulation on the grounds of compatibility of the two contracts.
