This paper is part of the recent trend of studies based on the assumption that the corporate survival in the current phase of economic development also implies the widening of organizational boundaries in order to build strengthened relationships and weaker ties with external agents, with the aim to integrate knowledge and skills necessary to preserve the long-term competitive advantage. In particular, the purpose of this study is to research some possible governance models of the organizations belonging to a reticular logical; hereafter, with a research methodology qualitative-descriptive, it will be a reminder of the varied theoretical construct of corporate governance, in order to investigate the application of governance to business networks. After making a systematization of the main literature on this topic, it will be attempted, in terms of proposals, to outline a model of innovative reticular governance.

Abstract
After making a systematization of the main literature on this topic, it will be attempted, in terms of proposals, to outline a model of innovative reticular governance.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
