In recent years, food traceability have risen great interest. Many solutions have been proposed to monitor products trough the supply chain, one of these is RFId tag. In this paper, after having defined food traceability and technology RFId , the principal projects of e-labelling that are in progress in the Italian agri-food sector are analysed.
