Abstract
The current increasing growth on a national scale of electrical, magnetic and electromagnetic field sources has maximised the issues on "electromagnetic pollution". Therefore, as normative laws on this specific type of pollution are highly incoherent, the necessity to re-order the legislative system so that it would conciliate on the one hand industrial and economical development and on the other hand environment and health protection, was deemed necessary. This paper analyses the evolution of Italian normative laws on electromagnetic pollution, with particular reference to Law 36/2001File in questo prodotto:
