This contribution was intended to ask, with reference to the business administration profiles, special attention to the requirements for admission to the “Administration” procedure and the evolution of these occurred over the years. The main objective is therefore the critical functionality of these requirements is the definition of a basis of the standard, the "Great Company", both for the purposes for which the procedure has been established, or the ability to maintain the productive assets through proper identification of the requirements for access to the benefits allowed by the standard itself, so as to overcome the crisis with overt corporate insolvency. In particular, we resolved to provide some food for thought starting from the importance of big company as part of a complex economic system characterized by knowledge, relationships, reputation and values more generally socially relevant, finally assuming a different and innovative conservation corporate values, based on the preservation of intangible assets related to the same, which are crucial for the competitiveness of the company.
