Throughout last years, Enterprises have felt deep transformation about the competitive context wherein they operate. They have been pushed to redefine their competitive strategies, management approaches and organizational orders by several economic events: the diffusion of technological innovation, the evolution of legislation, the globalization of competition, the changes adverted in the relationship with the stakeholders and above all consumers. These considerations are particularly relevant as they regard specific aspects of the business management: safety and health in job environment, set of tacks and referable tools for total quality. Just on these considerations is developed our case-study, which has the purpose to exemplify the integrated system environment-quality-safety of the Viscolube S.p.A. of Ceccano (FR) examining the driven management and organizational changes, as well as environmental, economic and social benefits.
