In reality, considering that their mission is to satisfy their customers, tourist organizations should adopt an approach aimed at total quality, a condition that in truth is not always respected due to an insufficient entrepreneurial culture. In order to avoid this from leading companies to surrender when faced with attacks by competitors that are much more sensitive to quality, an adequate sensitivity and training campaign based on the topic of quality is required for tourist operators in order to convince them, in a gradual manner, to undertake the cultural changes that are vital for the implementation and subsequent certification of a quality system".
