This study investigates the role of body-centered practices, specifically those focused on bodily awareness and breath regulation, as preventive strategies against youth aggression when systematically integrated into educational settings. The research examines the application of the Sincrony method and rhythmic-percussive Body Percussion in supporting emotional regulation during preadolescence. Findings indicate that integrated, body-based educational approaches can enhance emotional regulation and position the body as a mediator between emotion, cognition, and social behavior.

Abstract
