The article presents for the first time in literature the system of hidden relevant relationships between the enablers in project management training, their relevance and driving power in the context of training. The scientific novelty of the research consists in the identification of the most relevant enablers in project management training and their relations through a graphic diagram, creating an efficient project management training design. Enablers have been identified through a literature review, cross-country qualitative research and a focus group of project management experts. A TISM approach was used to identify, depict with a graphic diagram and investigate the emerging relationship between the enablers of training. The results of the conducted research can be useful for organizing project management training and can have the following effects: reducing the complexity and building an effective learning process, creating a unified mechanism for organizing and designing project management training. The use of the presented results of the analysis in the longer term can reduce the number of projects that fail. The results of the conducted research can be useful for organizing project management training and can have the following effects: reducing the complexity and building an effective learning process, creating a unified mechanism for organizing and designing project management training.
