In an educational context increasingly focused on STEAM disciplines and linguistic skills, the importance of physical and sports activities is often underestimated. This study examines the effectiveness of the Sincrony method, an innovative program based on the use of peripheral vision, in enhancing adolescents' cognitive abilities. A total of 62 students aged 12 to 14 were subjected to cognitive and motor tests both before and after the intervention. The experimental group showed significant improvements compared to the control group in the TMT-A (p < 0.01), TMT-B (p < 0.05), Digit Span, and Corsi Block-Tapping tests (p < 0.01). These results suggest that targeted physical activities may contribute to optimizing cognitive abilities closely related to learning.
