In this paper, some advancements in the assessment of seismic resilience of road networks are presented. The proposed model, given the occurrence of an earthquake, permits to evaluate the level of damage of the existing bridges, the possible perturbation to the traffic flowing in the network and the restoration times. In this paper, the safety analysis of the response of a transportation infrastructure that has been struck by an earthquake is also described, modeled and computed in order to illustrate the proposed procedure.

Abstract
In this paper, some advancements in the assessment of seismic resilience of road networks are presented. The proposed model, given the occurrence of an earthquake, permits to evaluate the level of damage of the existing bridges, the possible perturbation to the traffic flowing in the network and the restoration times. In this paper, the safety analysis of the response of a transportation infrastructure that has been struck by an earthquake is also described, modeled and computed in order to illustrate the proposed procedure.File in questo prodotto:
