Educational institutions are a complex world, where different generational and socio-cultural groups coexist, with activities not always in accordance between then. The school presents itself as a place of encounter, but also of social conflict where we are witnessing disagreements between teachers for programming and planning of training activities. In this context, the change in technology has caused a special impact in the field of education. This is the object of this study who wants to face how new technologies can change education systems.

Abstract
