Il presente contributo analizza l'avvento di assetti costituzionali illiberali in Paesi anche europei, progressivamente affermatisi anche attraverso l'impiego reiterato di misure temporanee e straordinarie, come la dichiarazione dello stato di emergenza, oltre che attraverso riforme costituzionali e legislative proposte e realizzate da forze politiche di marcata natura populista. This paper analyses the advent of illiberal constitutional arrangements in several States, including European ones, which have progressively asserted themselves also through the repeated use of temporary and extraordinary measures, such as the declaration of a state of emergency, as well as through constitutional and legislative reforms proposed and implemented by political populist forces.
