The tourist market represents an economic sector of great interest at present, because of its exceptional growth and development and its latent potentialities that must still be exploited and valued in a global competition point of view. Therefore, it becomes necessary to identify a new model of tourist offer, that on one hand provides the appropriate tools for intercepting the variety and variability of demand; on the other hand, it must allow the aggregation process of offer players through shared purposes and actions, in order to develop a successful strategy of valorisation of local resources. In particular, the present paper propose the model named “Local System of Tourism Offer (SLOT)”.
