Management of quality is increasingly important in a sector as complex as healthcare. The basic dimensions on which to found and organize the quality in health care are: - technical and professional competence; - organization and use of resources; - management of risk; - patient satisfaction. Starting from these premises, this article identifies and analyzes possible approaches -both technical and organizational- through which you can achieve an effective and efficient quality management in health services.
