Abstract
This paper demonstrates the possibility of obtaining interconnects with negative derivative of the electrical resistance with respect to temperature. The interconnect is made of multi-walled carbon nanotube, and is fabricated by self-assembly through a low-cost bottom-up technique. The results of an electro-thermal characterization demonstrate the possibility of obtaining a negative temperature coefficient of the electrical resistance and validate the theoretical model here adopted to justify such a behavior.File in questo prodotto:
