This paper provides a brief overview on the use of handwriting analysis for early diagnosis, monitoring and tracking of neuromuscular degenerative diseases. In particular, we have taken into account Alzheimer disease, Parkinson Disease and Multiple Sclerosis. Finally, we also report the main issues still open.
