The goal is to develop the socio-economic context and improve the accessibility to the territories of the province of Belluno, with the purpose of equilibrating the economic-manufacturing as well as the employment context, which is characterized, in some places, by a dominance of the tourist field and, in other ones, by a progressive abandonment. Starting from the main proposals of development made throughout the years, the present survey gives, as it follows: a) an overall picture of the features of “strategic” transport scenarios; b) a comparative evaluation of these proposals referring to the AHP methodology (Analytic Hierarchy Process).
