Results: Bland-Altman test showed a low systemat- ic bias on the ground (2.85%) and in kayak (-2.13%) respectively; while 0.996 for Intra-class correlation coefficient. Conclusion: the Wii Balance Board is useful to assess postural sway in kayak.
