The book concerns Rome and its entrepreneurial history after the second world war. The authoress approaches the entrepreneurs who, in industrial and business services sectors, have subserved a very difficult economic growth, besides coming out of the regional area, from the north of Italy. Only at the years 1980 in Rome originates endogenous entrepreneurial class, able of produce business services allocating on regional and national markets. In the last years, Lazio, for this reason, has had, among Italian regions, a good performance of economic development.
