From this arises, therefore, the present work that addresses the multiple problems relating to the dynamic of value in the banking industry, the related implications of corporate governance, the effects produced by the various forms of risk and by the different extraordinary finance operations The work also analyzes if the different methods of the value measuring are able to represent the value perceived by the market and concludes that the methods normally used in the evaluation of corporate performance can be assumed to proxy of the market value, confirming that the market value of listed banks is dependent on several variables, only partly related to the management operations
