The book covers the basic subjects that are also treated in many textbook but also devotes a large chapter (about 100 pages) to the measurement problem and three chapters to the main developments of the last years: measurement of the state, non-locality and quantum information. Although all these subjects are integral part of quantum mechanics, they also rise a considerable amount of philosophical problems of both epistemological and ontological kind.
