Abstract

The present work shows some proposals for the optimisation of the productive flow in a manufacturing company, operating in the glassmaker sector. Moving from an analysis of the real efficiency of the productive line, some ameliorative interventions have been proposed and validated, both by a technical and economic analysis and by simulation techniques. The results obtained, as to production capacity and equipment state, have point out that the proposed solution permits both a productive flow optimisation and a productiveness increase.
