The presence of hospitals in urban spaces is a reality at the basis of modern society. This has helped to raise the quality of life of the people. The object of reflection of the present study will attempt to analyze on the relationships, past, present and future vision of the role between the services offered to citizens with respect to the health needs, and to changes in the socio-historical, one of the largest hospitals what is the Italian Hospital San Camillo-Forlanini (AOSCF) in Rome.
