The application of statistical methods to the experimentation plan, represent a new sector of research. The present work involves the design and the realization of experimental tests to improve an injection moulding productive process. Starting from the definition of control parameters and the evaluation of noise factors, we have put out the best factorial combination minimizing the noise negative influence. We want to define the best productive factors to reduce the moulding defectiveness percentage, according to the design specifications established with the customer.
