In this historical moment, India in particular and the whole of Asia are experiencing a major economic growth, for that reason this paper aims to outline the traits of an innovative management style replicable in Indian Organization. The directory of this study is to overcome the tendency that Indian workers are motivated only by the obedience need. In the first part of paper, will be discussed, with comparative approach, the principal environmental and cultural factors that influencing the Indian mindset. Simultaneously, will be explored the main literature on managerial styles most commonly used in India. In the last part of the paper, in line with the target set, we will attempt to outline a possible leadership style adoptable in Indian organizations carrying out, also, a comparison with the typically Western model to understand to what extent Indian approach can be transferred.
