In the competitive landscape the value of property appears ever less tied to its physical and tangible characteristics and depends, instead, ever more by the intangible ones, that it can incorporate. The growing importance of intangibles components has in recent years, the subject of intellectual property in the middle of important economic and business debates. This paper aims to investigate the parallelism between the intellectual property and social entreprise responsibility about the assumption that between the two variables exists a positive correlation. The study is set, hence, through a quantitative methodology on a sample of small-medium enterprises operating in the province of Frosinone (around 100). At the end, there will be a brief comment on the results of empirical research highlighting possible limitations and opportunities for deepening.
