The Encyclopedia of Information Communication Technology, aims at giving a snapshot of three different levels of action for digital technology in human life: a) structure and function of digital instruments and their management, b) the processes the above instruments are involved in, c) the contexts which are transformed by the use of digital technology. This work, made by two volumes, collects contributions from 112 scholars and researchers all over the world, especially working in the three areas reported above which are the main sections of the books: a) product technology, b) process technology and c) context technology. A special attention is given to the connection IT/ICT – education and to the influence that digital technologies have on teaching-learning phenomena, both in formal and informal environments and in real and virtual contexts. The editors non only thought about the structure of the books and planned the articulation of the opera, they also invited many colleagues to submit their papers and coherently contributed with their own papers to the discussion on the given topics.

Abstract
The editors non only thought about the structure of the books and planned the articulation of the opera, they also invited many colleagues to submit their papers and coherently contributed with their own papers to the discussion on the given topics.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
