The increasing interest of industry toward management systems, from the quality of the environmental to work safety and health, pushed companies to take into consideration the possible benefits coming from an integration is the presence of commons elements with the necessity to avoid useless documentary duplications, to put into practice organizing and procedural simplifications and connected audit. This study shows the trend of the pharmaceutical company taken as an example to carry out a more rapid organization and inclusive management economies strictly according to regulation (ISO 14000- EMAS D.Lvo 626/949). This study also analysis the already started integration procedures, the different technical and executive aspects and the careful application of the management principles
