The increasing adoption of electric vehicles (EVs) necessitates a detailed analysis of Power Quality (PQ) disturbances, particularly regarding waveform distortions in the supra-harmonic range. This study proposes a probabilistic methodology to assess the cumulative emissions of multiple single-phase EV chargers by extending traditional aggregation and diversity factors to higher frequency bands. The analysis evaluates the impact of background distortion on the overall emission profiles, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of how pre-existing grid disturbances interact with EV loads.Numerical results indicate that supra-harmonic emissions are highly sensitive to power variations. Specifically, the cumulative impact is significantly mitigated when EVs operate at diverse power levels rather than in synchronized uniform-power operation, highlighting the importance of diversity in quantifying aggregate EV emissions.
