La libertà di manifestazione del pensiero e fake news. Aspetti problematici.

Among the most important problematic profiles in the field of free speech is undoubtedly the question relating to its limits through the use of new media. The paper analyses whether the guarantee of constitutional protection of free speech is actually condensed in the necessary reference to (only) "real news", furthermore, whether this last conceptual expression can have some relevance also in terms of regulation regarding the use of social platforms, especially in light of the interventions of the European Union legal system.
