Abstract INGLESE This thesis aims to explore the dynamics of creativity and resilience that emerged among college students during the Covid-19 pandemic, a period characterized by unprecedented uncertainties and challenges. Through an experimental survey of a representative sample of students from different faculties, the relationship between their experiences during the lockdown and the manifestation of creative and resilient skills was analyzed. The context of the research is set within a global framework in which the pandemic has imposed not only a radical change in learning and socialization patterns, but has also raised profound questions about the ability of individuals to adapt to crisis situations. In this view, creativity has been understood as a response not only to the constraints imposed by containment measures, but also as an opportunity to develop new coping strategies. Resilience, on the other hand, has been examined as the ability to bounce back and thrive despite adversity, a crucial aspect of students' mental health and well-being. The results indicate that although the pandemic was a time of great stress and difficulty, many students developed creative ways to cope with the challenges, turning isolation into opportunities for personal and academic innovation. Moreover, a strong link emerged between resilience and creativity, suggesting that students who demonstrated greater adaptability to circumstances also found more effective ways to express and cultivate their creativity. The implications of this research are significant not only for academia, but also for educational and student support policies. The thesis concludes by proposing recommendations to promote the teaching and learning of creativity and resilience in universities, emphasizing the importance of creating educational environments that enhance these soft skills. In a post-pandemic context, enhancing these skills could prove crucial to students' well-being and preparedness for future crises.
