Abstract
This contribution focuses on the super resolution capability of metamaterial lens for nondestructive detection of sub wavelength defects in composite materials. Specifically, the lens is considered in conjunction with a microwave NDE system based on the Time Reversal method. Initial results demonstrate the capability of detecting and resolving subwavelength defects. The theoretical approach behind such a design, as well as preliminary simulation results, are presented to prove the feasibility of the method.File in questo prodotto:
