Carbon nanotubes (CNTs) are here used as possible alternative to metals like copper and aluminum to fabricate interconnects for nanoelecronics and nanoantennas. In particular, bundles of either singlewalled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs) or multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) have been proposed to make horizontal and vertical interconnects, able to meet the tight requirements of the future nanoelectronic technologies below the 22 nm node and nanoantennas.

Abstract
Carbon nanotubes (CNTs) are here used as possible alternative to metals like copper and aluminum to fabricate interconnects for nanoelecronics and nanoantennas. In particular, bundles of either singlewalled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs) or multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) have been proposed to make horizontal and vertical interconnects, able to meet the tight requirements of the future nanoelectronic technologies below the 22 nm node and nanoantennas.File in questo prodotto:
