In this work, a non commercial algorithm (AC-CBS) based on the one equation Spalart-Allmaras (SA) turbulence model and species conservation equation is proposed for incompressible turbulent flows and ultrafine particles dispersion calculations in different street canyon configurations. The ability to accurately reproduce the recirculation zones of the proposed numerical model is considered to be crucial for an effective simulation of turbulent flow in a street canyon configuration. The algorithm is validated against experiments available in literature and applied to different configurations of street canyon.

Abstract
